After the Fijis I flew to Sydney where I had 2 days on my own before the group met. I loved Sydney from the first moment on. The first part of the trip was from Sydney along the coast to Brisbane - the Gold Coast - Fraser Island - Great Keppel Island and the Whitsundays - Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree/Kurunda. Then we flew to Alice Springs to visit Ayers rock and the Olgas, Kings Canyon before heading direction Darwin with stops at the Devils Marbels, Mataranka, Katherine Gorge and the Kakadu Nationalpark. From Darwin I flew back to Melbourne to see a friend (just for 2 days - crazy!) and then back again to Singapore for one night and final destination Hongkong before going home after 2 months.

Nach den Fidschis flog ich nach Sydney, wo ich 2 Tage Zeit hatte, bevor ich die Gruppe trag. Also Sydney hat es mir vom ersten Moment an angetan - ganz super! Der erste Teil der Tour war von Sydney entlang die Küste Richtung Brisbane - Gold Coast - Fraser Island - Great Keppel Island und die Whitsundays - Cairns und das Great Barrier Reef und noch Daintree/Kurunda. Dann flogen wir nach Alice Springs um den Ayers Rock und die Olgas zu sehen sowie den Kings Canyon. Weiter gings Richtung Darwin mit Stops bei den Devils Marbels, Mataranka, Katherine Gorge und dem Kakadu Nationalpark. Von Darwin bin ich dann für 2 Tage nach Melbourne runtergeflogen um eine Freundin zu sehen, um dann wieder hinaufzufliegen - nämlich nach Singapore (für eine Nacht). Mein letzter Stop war dann Hongkong, bevor es nach 2 Monaten Urlaub retour ging in die Heimat.
